About Prateek

Prateek Bhatia is an Indian Revenue Service officer with more than fifteen years of experience in public administration, customs, taxation, international trade facilitation, enforcement, legal affairs and governance.
Before joining the Revenue Department, he served in the Indian Forest Service, where his work brought him close to wildlife protection, environmental pressures and the complex relationship between communities and institutions.
Alongside public service, he has maintained a longstanding interest in psychology, human behaviour, leadership, governance and writing. Broken and Made brings these strands together through a deeply personal story.
